Senior Sales Associate We are seeking a dedicated and experienced sales professional to join our dynamic sales team.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.Identify potential clients and develop strong relationships to enhance sales opportunities.Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.Prepare and deliver sales presentations with confidence and professionalism.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives and achieve goals.Manage sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring efficiency.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions and manage sales activity.Provide insightful feedback to management to improve product offerings and sales processes.Attend industry events and networking activities to increase brand visibility.Train and mentor junior sales associates to enhance team performance.Requirements: Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English are essential for this role.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.Minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably in a senior role.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are required.Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in MS Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
