This is a role for a Social Media and Client Relations Coordinator. The Coordinator will be responsible for managing social media accounts, engaging with clients, providing customer service, organizing projects, and overseeing project management tasks to ensure successful campaigns.Key Responsibilities Plan social media calendars and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and creative teams Coordinate with influencers and brand advocates to promote company campaigns and events Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their objectives, and ensuring timely delivery of services Execute, manage, and implement the brand's marketing, media & communication strategy Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded Maintain high level of client satisfaction and handle inquiries professionally and efficiently Required Skills and Qualifications Communication and Client Relations skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in social media management Knowledge of digital marketing trends Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field Employment Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industry: Advertising Services
