Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented data analyst to fill a key role in our organization.About the Role Collect and clean large sets of structured and unstructured data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and quality.Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.Translate complex data into business-friendly language, driving operational efficiency and growth.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business goals, ensuring alignment and cohesion.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Automate recurring reports and optimize data workflows, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis or a related role, demonstrating expertise and skills.Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills, with excellent communication abilities.Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus, as well as familiarity with data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and BI best practices.Preferred Skills: Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling, driving business outcomes and growth.Understanding of business operations and KPIs in various industries, enabling informed decision-making.Knowledge of machine learning techniques, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
