Plastic Reconstruction Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Plastic Surgeon to join our leading medical facility in Dubai.The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, with a strong emphasis on patient safety, satisfaction, and the highest standards of care.Key Responsibilities: Perform aesthetic and reconstructive surgical procedures, including rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast surgery, abdominoplasty, facial rejuvenation, and body contouring.Conduct detailed patient consultations to assess medical history, expectations, and suitability for surgery.Develop and execute personalized surgical and non-surgical treatment plans.Ensure compliance with all regulations and clinical protocols.Monitor patient recovery and manage post-operative care to ensure optimal results.Maintain accurate and thorough medical records and documentation.Collaborate with anaesthesiologists, dermatologists, and nursing staff for integrated patient care.Requirements: Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent).Board Certification in Plastic Surgery.Valid License or Eligibility Letter as a Specialist Plastic Surgeon.Minimum 5 years of relevant post-certification experience.Proven experience in aesthetic and reconstructive procedures.Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Health insurance and annual leave benefits.Opportunities for professional development and Continuing Medical Education (CME).
