Custom CRM System Lead

About the Role Antari Properties, a dynamic real estate startup in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to lead the development of a custom CRM system. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to work with a talented team, drive innovation, and contribute to the growth of our company.The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining a scalable and secure CRM platform that supports our daily real estate operations, including lead tracking, property management, agent performance dashboards, and more.This is a hands-on office-based role that requires collaboration with sales and marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a cutting-edge CRM system that meets business requirements.Create clean and responsive front-end interfaces for agents and admins.Design and implement robust backend features, including user roles, deal tracking, reminders, reporting, and API integrations.Maintain data privacy and system security standards.Test, optimize, and iterate based on team feedback.Provide technical support to internal users as needed.Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.Proficiency in both front-end (React, Vue.js, HTML/CSS) and back-end (Node.js, Laravel, Django) technologies.Experience with databases (My SQL, Postgre SQL, or Mongo DB).Strong understanding of CRM architecture and user workflows.Previous experience building admin panels, dashboards, or internal tools.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Based in Dubai and able to work full-time.Real estate or lead management system experience is a plus.What We Offer A collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.The chance to lead technology infrastructure in a growing company.Exposure to the dynamic Dubai real estate market.A supportive startup culture focused on innovation and teamwork.
