As a Customer Experience Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and digital growth across the aggregator ecosystem.About the Role You will lead transformation initiatives, own the digital menu optimization framework across 100+ Business Management Units (BMUs), and optimize ad spend to drive measurable impact.The ideal candidate will have experience in leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments and possess strong analytical skills combined with commercial acumen.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to policy creation and implementation in areas related to CX, promotions, and growth programs.Define and lead the regional tech roadmap in coordination with internal tech/product teams and external aggregators to elevate customer experience and unlock scalable growth.Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cancellation rate, contact rate, and customer ratings through strategic collaboration and a customer-first mindset.Own the Menu Framework strategy across 100+ BMUs, optimizing structure and content for better conversion and long-tail reduction.Build and implement a performance marketing playbook to enhance return on investment (ROI) on ad spend through campaign efficiency and spend optimization.Partner with leadership to develop and scale promotion strategies aimed at improving commercial efficiency while driving top-line sales.Monitor and influence Operational KPIs, supporting brands in achieving performance targets.Evaluate and influence product roadmaps to ensure alignment with business objectives.About You We are seeking a senior professional with: MBA or equivalent degree preferred with 10–15 years of experience in e-commerce or food delivery aggregators.Proven leadership in scaling customer experience, conversion, and marketing ROI across digital platforms.Strong understanding of digital ecosystem management, including tech integration, menu optimization, and performance marketing.Customer-centricity with a strong service design mindset.About Our Team We are a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.
