Job Description"

We are seeking a talented Digital Designer to join our team. As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for designing visually engaging email communications using drag-and-drop tools and/or HTML within the Dynamics 365 Marketing platform. You will create compelling, responsive email templates tailored to different customer segments, products, and campaign objectives.You will support CRM campaign execution by delivering ready-to-deploy email designs that meet brand and accessibility standards. This role requires strong eye for detail, visual hierarchy, and customer-centric design.In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate them into visually engaging assets. You will also perform quality checks and ensure compatibility across email clients and devices."

Required Skills and Qualifications1-3 years of experience in digital or graphic design, with a focus on email or CRM communications.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and/or Figma.Experience with email design and drag-and-drop builders (Dynamics 365 Marketing experience is a plus).Working knowledge of HTML/CSS for email layout optimization is advantageous.Benefits We believe the best work happens when we're together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
