About the Job: We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Administrator. As a key member of our human resources department, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of employee relations, benefits administration, and office operations.Job Description: As an HR Administrator, you will handle a wide range of tasks including: Employee Onboarding: Assist with preparing and managing offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation.Benefits Administration: Coordinate employee benefits enrollment and administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.HR Operations: Manage employee records, maintain attendance tracking, and oversee payroll preparation.Key Responsibilities: Manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.Process and track employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.At least 4 years of experience in HR administration, office management, or a similar role.Excellent organizational and communication skills.What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment.Ongoing training and development opportunities.A competitive salary and benefits package.
