We are seeking a visionary non-technical co-founder to drive business, partnerships, and fundraising efforts for our De Fi protocol.The platform enables fractional ownership, staking, and tokenized asset flows using smart contracts and permissionless architecture. Our goal is to make real-world assets accessible, tradable, and yield-generating for global investors.Your Role: Own and drive business strategy, GTM (go-to-market), and partnerships Lead fundraising efforts, including VC outreach, token rounds, and grant applications Build relationships with asset originators, real estate developers, and investors Support regulatory and compliance frameworks (with external advisors)Represent the company at events, pitch calls, and investor briefings Collaborate on tokenomics, DAO design, and early user growth strategy Participate in capital contribution aligned with your ownership interest You're a Fit If You Have: Experience in startup, finance, real estate, or Web3 business development Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in ownership over salary A strong network in VCs, De Fi, or traditional finance (preferred)Ability to invest capital in the venture and take active leadership Passion for real-world utility and scalable Web3 infrastructure What You Get: Equity + token allocation as a co-founder A seat at the table - full involvement in strategic decisions Founding team visibility in all materials, decks, and future token governance Future role-based compensation post-raise Opportunity to build a meaningful protocol from the ground up
