Fulfillment Center Supervisor

Job Title: FC Operations Supervisor In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of one of our fulfillment centers. You will lead a team of approximately 80 to 120 associates and drive their training and integration. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring all workflows run efficiently and customer expectations are met or exceeded Driving team performance and KPI targets Motivating and inspiring team members to achieve their best Safeguarding team safety and promoting Amazon's Health and Safety standards Upholding Amazon's high standards of process quality Maintaining inventory accuracy Improving and streamlining processes Becoming a subject matter expert on larger FC processes and activities Sharing and promoting best practices with colleagues and network Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of employee and performance management experience- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience- Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays- Can push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during shifts Preferred Qualifications: - 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
