Human Resources Manager Role Casa Vista Developers is a growing real estate development company focused on delivering high-quality, innovative projects. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our HR operations and support our dynamic team.Key Responsibilities: Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives and UAE labor laws.Create, review, and update HR policies and procedures.Handle end-to-end talent acquisition, with a focus on development and project-based roles.Oversee training, development, and employee engagement programs.Advise management on organizational structure, succession planning, and workforce development.Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.Coordinate payroll processes and employee documentation.Requirements: A minimum of 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the real estate or development industry.In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong background in recruitment and employee relations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.We offer a competitive salary package and a professional and collaborative work culture.Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Human Resources
