If you enjoy engaging with guests, have a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to meet you Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and promptly as they enter the restaurant, setting the tone for a welcoming dining experience.• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and descriptions of Italian and European dishes.• Accurately take food and beverage orders, offering recommendations and accommodating special requests or dietary needs.• Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner, ensuring the highest quality service.• Ensure accurate communication with the kitchen and bar to maintain smooth service.• Deliver food and beverages with attention to presentation and guest preferences.• Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns immediately.• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, encouraging repeat visits.• Set and clean tables, including preparing for new guests and maintaining the dining area's cleanliness throughout the shift.• Replenish supplies such as utensils, napkins, and condiments as needed.• Upsell menu items, including appetizers, desserts, and beverages, to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.• Accurately process cash and card transactions, following proper financial procedures.• Assist colleagues during busy periods, ensuring the team delivers a smooth and efficient service.• Adhere to health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation practices, and hygiene standards.• Follow all restaurant policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and positive guest experience.What We're Looking For: • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a similar role within a restaurant environment.
