This vibrant destination offers a seamless blend of relaxation, indulgence, and recreation, making it the ultimate gateway to the Yas Island experience.About the Job We have an exciting opportunity for an Credit Manager to join our team at Yas Plaza Hotels. As a Credit Manager you will oversee the credit and collections processes for hotel's. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the hotel's revenue by managing credit policies, evaluating client creditworthiness, and ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable.You should have a strong background in hospitality finance and a proactive approach to risk management and guest relations.About You Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience in credit management, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.Strong understanding of hotel billing systems (e.g., Opera PMS, MICROS, Sun Systems, etc.).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Shape Your Career with Yas Plaza Hotels by Aldar Hospitality At Yas Plaza Hotels, every team member plays a crucial role in orchestrating an unparalleled guest experience.
