Manage procurement life cycle (PR creation, tracking, approvals)2. Process Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and ensure accurate receipt recording3. Coordinate with business units, vendors, finance teams, and IT4. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements5. Process high-volume quotes and invoices (avg. 400/month)6. Maintain accurate records and reports7. Managing the vehicle expense tracker8. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections9.
