We honour and celebrate individuality, building an international space where everyone can feel inspired and thrive.About the Role As the Photographer Lead at SUMWON STUDIOS, you'll be the visual storyteller behind our brands. From editorial campaigns and e-commerce to social content and product shots, you'll create bold, striking imagery that aligns with each brand's identity. You'll oversee shoot planning, lighting, post-production, and ensure consistency and innovation in all visual content.What you'll do- Lead all in-house and external photo shoots, including editorial, campaign, e-commerce, flat-lays, and social- Develop visual direction and lighting setups tailored to each brand's tone and customer- Work closely with stylists, designers, and marketing teams to ensure creative alignment- Manage post-production, retouching standards, and final image delivery- Build and lead a growing photography team- Maintain photo equipment, studio setups, and ensure efficient shoot workflows- Stay current with industry photography trends, lighting techniques, and camera tech- Support content innovation across new platforms (Reels, Tik Tok stills, BTS, etc)What you'll bring- Experience in fashion photography, ideally in fast fashion, e-commerce, or streetwear- Strong portfolio that includes both studio and editorial work, with clear brand voice in imagery- Deep knowledge of lighting, camera systems, and photography software- Comfortable leading creative direction on set and collaborating across departments- Ability to deliver high-quality work on tight timelines with multiple brand needs What we'll bring- 25 working days of annual leave, going up to 30 working days after 1 year- 30% employee discount on all SUMWON STUDIOS brands (SUMWON, Missguided, Aii RZ)- Learning and development opportunities- Company social events- The coolest colleagues you can find Why Join Us?- SUMWON STUDIOS is redefining fast fashion with a forward-thinking approach.
