Egis's extensive experience in engineering, consulting, and project management makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.Job Description Actively contribute to the in-house BIM Committee to develop BIM content and libraries, upgrade standards, and improve project templates.Produce periodic BIM reports to monitor and measure BIM implementation across projects.Implement BIM Execution Plans in projects and evaluate Project Information Models for compliance with BEP.Participate actively in BIM processes during the design phase, including handling CDE, MIDP, TIDP, Data Drops, model health checks of PIM, and addressing design issues.Follow office BIM protocols and ensure delivery of PIM and stage deliverables as per standards.Review stage submissions of PIM, conduct QA/QC audits based on BEP or office templates.Ensure models are developed in compliance with BEP, LOD requirements, and classification systems.Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.Prepare design deliverables and authority submissions as assigned.Qualifications Must hold a professional degree (Masters or Bachelor) in Architecture from an accredited program.Proficiency in Revit is required; skills in Auto CAD, Dynamo, Sketch Up, Photoshop are preferred.Revit expert level with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Revit and Navisworks.Good knowledge of local authority and international codes.Understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Design Industries Architecture and Planning Referrals can increase your chances of interviewing at U+A by 2x.Additional Opportunities Sign in to set job alerts for "Interior Design Specialist" roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
