SIRO One Za'abeel is the newest global hospitality and lifestyle brand by Kerzner International.About The Role The Cycling Group Class Coordinator is responsible for leading high-energy indoor cycling classes that reflect SIRO's performance philosophy. This role includes creating inspiring sessions, fostering community, delivering personalized training, and supporting members in achieving health and performance goals.Key Duties and Responsibilities Lead daily indoor cycling sessions with professionalism and passion.Design the cycling studio experience: lighting, music, pacing, and performance tracking.Provide personal training sessions tailored to individual goals.Develop and update class formats, including rhythm rides, performance metrics, and recovery rides.Conduct onboarding and fitness assessments for new members.Engage members through high-energy coaching and motivational messaging.Maintain studio readiness, hygiene, and technical functionality.Collaborate with the Fitness Director to optimize class schedules.Track attendance, performance, and progression metrics.Promote cycling programs, PT packages, and wellness services.Support departmental financial goals through member engagement and upselling.Stay current on industry trends in indoor cycling and performance training.Represent SIRO as a brand ambassador embodying an athletic lifestyle.Mentor fitness attendants and contribute to a high-performance team culture.About You Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.Minimum 2 years experience as an indoor cycling instructor and personal trainer.Strong stage presence and motivational coaching style.Personal athletic background preferred.Ability to create personalized, progressive training programs.Passion for fitness innovation and continuous learning.Professional appearance and hygiene standards.Excellent organizational skills.Additional Details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Administrative Industry: Hospitality#J-18808-Ljbffr
