GSY Global is seeking experienced professionals to lead business expansion across East and West Africa. This role is ideal for senior sales managers with a strong track record in B2B export sales and experience navigating the African trading landscape.About the Role: This position involves developing and implementing export strategies specific to East and West Africa markets, building partnerships with regional distributors, importers, and clients, identifying new market opportunities and product demand by region, managing contract negotiations, pricing, and sales pipelines, ensuring proper coordination with logistics, finance, and compliance teams, providing regular market intelligence and reporting to senior leadership, and representing the company in trade shows and cross-border buyer meetings.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement export strategies for East and West Africa Build and maintain relationships with regional distributors, importers, and clients Identify new market opportunities and product demand by region Manage contract negotiations, pricing, and sales pipelines Coordinate with logistics, finance, and compliance teams Provide market intelligence and reporting to senior leadership Requirements: Minimum 10 years of experience in export sales, specifically in Africa markets Strong understanding of Africa trade dynamics, import regulations, and logistics practices Excellent B2B sales, account management, and negotiation skills Experience in FMCG, scrap, minerals, or general trading is preferred Proficiency in English Willingness to travel regionally for market development Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Sales and Business Development Industry: Wholesale Food and Beverage
