The property also boasts an expansive pool and beach area, a health club, Serenity Spa Dubai - The Art Of Well Being, and the Fairmont Falcons Kids' Club.Job Responsibilities Perform IT maintenance activities on a monthly basis.Follow all Accor IT Policies and guidelines, including user rights, security policies, backup policies, preventive maintenance, and contingency plans.Assist with the implementation of Accor IT brand standards, new technologies, systems, and projects.Identify IT-related risks and issues, escalating them to hotel management and the IT Cluster Director.Manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure the smooth running of all computer systems for users and guests.Provide technical support and training on systems and networks.Participate in the regional e Learning platform of Accor.Follow guidelines related to archiving backups, accessing records, and transferring records via different channels.Ensure backup of all relevant user-generated data.Troubleshoot, repair, and perform data backup/restoration when necessary.Monitor system and network performance daily.Install and configure software and hardware according to Accor standards.Understand and evaluate new IT developments and solutions.Identify potential upgrades, enhancements, and new products, and assess their impact.Conduct basic software training.Maintain a good understanding of the hotel's software and hardware systems.Perform tests on hardware/software for maintenance purposes.Replace suspect components and reload associated software during diagnostics.Perform routine maintenance to prevent operational disruptions.Install only the latest, licensed software on hotel systems.Maintain software licenses and adhere to upgrade schedules.Provide first-level local support for technology, guests, and employees.Troubleshoot issues related to the hotel's local network, computers, software, and systems.Support remote IT support teams as the onsite contact.Assist with new hotel development projects and integration efforts.Qualifications Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.Experience with embedding change projects within organizations.Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.Highly responsible and reliable with excellent attention to detail.Ability to focus on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
