You'll play a vital role in generating pipeline, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and setting high-quality demos for our sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, and your ability to craft compelling outreach, engage decision-makers, and drive interest will directly impact Sim Uphish's growth.This is a high-ownership, high-impact role with room to grow into Account Executive or Sales Manager positions as the team scales.Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and prospect key decision-makers across cybersecurity, IT, and compliance functions in mid-market and enterprise organizations Execute multi-channel outreach (email, Linked In, phone, Whats App) to generate qualified leads and book discovery calls Qualify inbound leads and route them to the appropriate sales or channel team Tailor outreach based on industry, role, and security challenges, leveraging case studies and ROI insights Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships to optimize messaging and lead generation efforts Maintain clean and up-to-date CRM records (Hub Spot or similar) and track KPIs Collaborate with leadership to iterate on outbound campaigns, pitch strategy, and lead scoring criteria Represent Sim Uphish's brand and voice in all prospect communications Requirements1–3 years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role (preferably in cybersecurity, Saa S, or enterprise tech)Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, fast-paced, high-accountability environment Ability to understand and convey technical concepts (cybersecurity awareness, phishing simulation, human risk, etc.)Strong research, organization, and follow-up skills Prior experience using CRM tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.)Based in EMEA timezone; fluency in a second European or Middle Eastern language is a plus (e.g., Arabic, French, German)Nice to Have Experience selling or prospecting into CISOs, Heads of IT Security, or compliance leads Familiarity with cybersecurity vendors or prior work in a startup environment Exposure to Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info, or similar outbound tools What You'll Get Competitive base pay and uncapped commission potential Opportunity to grow into an AE or Sales Manager role within 6–12 months based on performance ESOP options available for high performers Be part of a fast-scaling startup with global traction and investor backing Direct mentorship from seasoned sales and cybersecurity leaders Flexible working hours and full autonomy in a remote-first culture A mission that matters: helping global enterprises defend their people from AI-powered social engineering attacks How to Apply Send your resume and a short cover email (or Loom video intro, if preferred) to contact@simuphish.com.
