The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Prepare and present menu items in accordance with DHE standards.Supervise and train Commis Chefs in the assigned section.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in workstations and storage areas.Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food during service hours.Monitor stock and assist with inventory control for the assigned section.Support menu planning and special event execution under the guidance of the Sous Chef.Adhere to portion control, waste reduction, and food safety practices.Report maintenance and equipment issues promptly.About you The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Certificate or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.2 to 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in resorts or hotels.Proficiency in preparing dishes for a specific section (grill, cold, pastry, etc.).Understanding of food safety and HACCP guidelines.Knife skills and cooking techniques relevant to assigned station.Basic inventory and time management skills.About the Benefits In the world of entertainment, Dubai Holding Entertainment is dedicated to nurturing the talents and well-being of our team members.
