Contracting Manager

• Negotiate new contracts and contract renewals for the assigned accounts and ensure to have the greatest availabilities with the shortest release period.• Manage the supplier account by ensuring to get the best rate and allotments and negotiating preferred agreements as well as support supplier with any issues related to payment, rates, etc.• Run allotment utilization reports, monitor current availability and adjust the allotment as required.• Introduce EET Global to new suppliers.• Promote the use of EET Global extranet system among suppliers to encourage them to update directly any changes.• Ensure dynamic connectivity to get rates updated year round.• Liaise with the Data Entry team for any queries related to contracts or system issues.Arabic - Native / Mother Tongue English - Fluent / Excellent Own a Car Any Have Driving License Any Job Skills • Should be aware of the wholesalers and B2B hotel's contracts terms & conditions.• Knowledge and comprehensive experience of online travel/ecommerce• Strong analytics and strategic thinking combined with commercial pragmatism• Pricing experience• Team player.
