Tax and Finance Partner

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Finance & Tax Partner to lead our financial operations, tax strategy, and compliance across both internal corporate functions and client-facing advisory services . This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a dynamic, cross-border environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE , strong knowledge of UAE tax and regulatory frameworks , and international certification in finance and taxation (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA). Fluency in English is essential; Russian, Arabic and French are a plus. This position is full-time and office-based in Dubai , with visa, medical insurance and a generous benefits package , including 30 calendar days of paid leave and 30 days of remote work during the summer period .Key Responsibilities: Internal Functions: Manage all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, and tax compliance for the internal group structure in accordance with IFRS , UAE CT & VAT laws , and FTA regulations. Oversee and ensure timely and accurate VAT and CT filings using the Emara Tax platform. Maintain and supervise compliance with QFZP regulations, including substance, qualifying income, and documentation standards. Lead and mentor the internal accounting team , ensuring efficient workflows, compliance, and reporting accuracy. Oversee the implementation and use of modern accounting systems , including XERO . Client-Facing Advisory: Provide high-level tax and financial advisory services to clients, including: VAT and CT registration, planning, and compliance Transfer pricing benchmarking and documentation International tax structuring and treaty application Substance, ESR, and QFZP compliance advisory Represent clients during FTA audits and tax reviews . Deliver tailored advice on tax efficiency and structuring strategies , aligned with UAE and international tax rules. Business Development & Solution Sales Actively contribute to the promotion and sale of accounting and tax services to prospective and existing clients. Develop and present customized and integrated tax and finance solutions focused on: Tax optimization Regulatory compliance Risk mitigation Collaborate with the commercial and client teams to identify opportunities and design high-impact solutions that combine technical accuracy with strategic value. Serve as a subject-matter expert in meetings and proposals, building long-term trust with key client decision-makers.
