Head Concierge

Hotel: Dubai The Palm (DXBDP), Plot number PJCRC08_200Ensure that all policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and enforced.Support the Chef Concierge and focus on enhancing the residential experience.Assess common area amenities, services, and products to ensure relevance and alignment with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.Collaborate with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa, and third-party providers to meet private homeowners'/residents' needs and ensure smooth operations, including planning and executing services and lifestyle activities.Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel and residence facilities, amenities, and their layouts.Oversee management of private homeowners'/residents' profiles in conjunction with the Chef Concierge.Uphold high standards of personal appearance, grooming, hygiene, and safety procedures, in line with brand and legal requirements.Follow purchasing practices aligned with Six Senses sustainability standards, and conduct stock takes and storage assessments regularly.Interact professionally and proactively with homeowners/residents and hosts, seeking feedback and managing service recovery as needed to ensure an exceptional experience.Maintain clear communication between departments to support smooth residence operations and perform additional duties as assigned by the Chef Concierge.Qualifications Possess the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in luxury and residential hospitality, with a proven track record. Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Hotel, or Business Management, and over three years of relevant experience.Demonstrate financial acumen with the ability to interpret reports, manage costs, and control inventory.Technical skills include MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and familiarity with hotel systems such as POS, PMS, and CRM.
