Our comprehensive services cover receiving, stocking, issuing, and delivering essential components.As a Warehouse & Logistics Junior Assistant, you will support tasks as assigned by Warehouse & Logistics team to ensure tools & material/logistics requests raised by maintenance are fulfilled in a safe and effective manner, and are complete in accordance with dept. standard operating procedures (SOPs).Perform daily Warehouse and Logistics support tasks at assigned functional area, i.e., Goods Inwards, Main Stores, Sub Stores, Tool Stores, Line Maintenance Stores, Outstation Support and Spares Distribution sections as per assignment. Tasks include, but not limited to picking, packing, sorting, stocking, transporting and pre-loading.Support Assistants and Senior Assistants in performing Warehouse and Logistics activities efficiently and effectively to meet customer SLA and team sectional targets.Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Engineering Procedure Manual (EPM) are followed at all times, while adhering to safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance.Operate Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and carry out system transactions (Handheld Devices) related to Warehouse & Logistics activities as per the assignment.Qualification To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements: Minimum 1 year work experience as an associate in Warehouse and Logistics.Basic English language skills Physical Fitness.A valid UAE driver's licence / Airside Driving Permit (ADP) would be an advantage.Details of Safety Sensitive role: Yes / No Working at height: Yes Exposure to hazardous energy systems: No Heavy lifting: Yes Working in areas with motorised mobile equipment: Yes Work in confined spaces: Yes Contact with contaminations materials (Humans / Animals / Chemicals): No Contact with dangerous good: Yes Work in an extremely noisy environment: Yes Work in heat: Yes Working with pressurised substances: No Exposure to fixed protruding sharp objects: No Exposure to contact with moving/falling objects: No Airport driving permit: Yes Driving a vibrating equipment: Yes Hours Of Work Day/night ( shift roster) - 12 hour working day or;Day hours only - 8.5 hour working day (General Shift) based on the business requirements.Salary & benefits Join us in Dubai and enjoy an attractive tax-free salary and travel benefits that are exclusive to our industry, including discounts on flights and hotels stays around the world.
