These include notable home-grown brands such as Sun & Sand Sports, Dropkick, Supercare Pharmacy, Farm Fresh, Klassic, and international brands like Nike, Columbia, Converse, Timberland, Vans, Mama Sitas, and Mc Cain.What you'll be doing: Commitment to the ethos of Emirates British Nursery.Ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times both within the Nursery and outside of Nursery perimeters.Undertaking activities with all children to ensure their safety and facilitate their physical, emotional, and educational development.Carry out planned educational activities and programmes of learning whilst promoting independent learning.To provide a high standard of care and education.Works to establish a supportive relationship with children and parents concerned and interact with them according to their individual needs.Encourage acceptance and inclusion of all children and use appropriate skills to adapt activities necessary to meet the needs of all students.To monitor, assess, and record children's individual needs.To develop action plans where necessary to support children's learning.To be responsible for the care, welfare, health, safety, and security of all children within the Nursery.To ensure no physical punishments or punishment that would cause humiliation to a child.To act as a positive role model and encourage positive behavior in line within the Nursery's Policies and Procedures.To assist with the physical care of the children within the Nursery.To assume responsibility for the preparation of displays, ensuring they stimulate vocal and receptive responses.To respect all families' diversity and cultures.To undertake good and effective communications with all staff, parents, guardians, and carers.To actively participate in training programmes, attending professional development activities as appropriate, and actively contribute to their annual appraisal.To contribute to the social and extracurricular activities of the Nursery and assist with the organization of such as required.To leave the Nursery ready for the following session, ensuring that plans are ready to be implemented and resources available.All letters to parents to be authorized by management.All preparation work to be prepared at least one day in advance between 7: 30-8 am and 12: 30-1 pm. Preparations should not take place while children are in the class.All photocopying must be given to the administration.Staff should complete a requisition sheet for stationery and stock and give it to the administration. Arabic/Islamic Teachers are responsible for all items in their classroom.It is the practitioner's responsibility to ensure the teaching assistant works collectively to meet the needs of the individual child.Ensure their own health and safety and adhere to the Nursery policies and procedures.Any other duties deemed appropriate by management.Qualifications and Trainings: University degree in Early Childhood/Education or other specialization provided that it is accompanied by a certified vocational certificate in the care and education of early childhood children (level III).Or a high school diploma provided that they are combined with a certified vocational certificate in the care and education of early childhood children (level III) with at least two years of experience in the care or education of children.Attends all induction training.To have evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the post.Personal Specifications: Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.Professionally discreet and the ability to respect confidentiality.Promote Nursery policies and procedures.Good organizational skills.Ability to use basic technology.Actively enjoys working with children.Flexible approach to tasks.Willing and able to work as part of a team.Must be UAE National with Family Book.#J-18808-Ljbffr
