A Spa Supervisor is responsible for managing the spa team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while achieving sales revenue targets.What will I be doing?As a Spa Supervisor, you are responsible for managing the spa team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Manage and perform treatments, ensure all treatments comply with current legislation and company standards, and maintain current knowledge of treatments.Ensure a proficient client experience, including bookings, payments, and consultation cards.Communicate effectively with clients, members, team members, guests, and management.Support the team in meeting sales targets and ensure accurate recording of sales.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and COSHH regulations, and observe club rules by members, clients, and guests.Manage customer feedback effectively to address issues or compliments, facilitating long-term improvements in products and services.Comply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations.Desired Candidate Profile What are we looking for?A Spa Supervisor working with Hilton brands is committed to providing excellent service on behalf of our Guests and collaborating with team members.
