Job Description The successful candidate will be accountable for the preparation of all planning schedules and progress monitoring documents, ensuring they meet quality standards and are approved by designated personnel.This role involves providing planning and scheduling inputs for potential projects, reviewing client and subcontractor issued planning documents, and monitoring project works from engineering to completion.Preparation of all planning documents, including schedules, progress reports, and cost control reports.Review and analysis of client and subcontractor planning documents to ensure alignment with company requirements.Monitoring of project progress, identification of potential slippages, and reporting to the Project Manager.Collaboration with the project team to develop and implement plans, including resource allocation and cost management.Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum 3 years' experience in a relevant field, preferably in planning or project management.Demonstrated experience in developing presentations, spreadsheets, and other supporting documents.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the organization.A competitive salary package and benefits.Others Maintaining a safe and healthy working environment is essential for this role.
