Guest Service Specialist We are seeking a Guest Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online systems, as well as ensuring efficient and accurate booking of reservations for our restaurants and events.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both in English and Arabic, with the ability to multitask and provide exceptional guest experiences. You will work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth guest service, handle special requests, dietary preferences, and VIP reservations with attention to detail.To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position within hospitality or upscale dining venues.
