The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our construction and landscape projects.Main Responsibilities Developing and Implementing Quality Assurance Plans: Create comprehensive quality assurance plans for construction and landscape projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Conducting Regular Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of construction and landscape activities to verify compliance with quality standards. Coordinate and perform material testing as necessary, ensuring that materials meet specified criteria.Maintaining Records and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality-related activities. Generate comprehensive reports highlighting any non-compliance issues and recommending corrective actions. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders.Process Improvement and Efficiency: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in quality assurance processes. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformance issues and prevent recurrence.Evaluating Vendors and Subcontractors: Evaluate the quality performance of vendors and subcontractors. Work closely with procurement to ensure that materials and services meet established quality standards.Staying Up-to-Date with Industry Regulations: Stay abreast of industry regulations, codes, and standards related to construction and landscape quality assurance. Ensure that projects comply with all applicable requirements.Fostering a Collaborative Environment: Foster a collaborative environment with project teams, providing guidance on quality requirements and promoting a culture of quality excellence.Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Participate in risk assessments to identify potential quality-related risks and develop strategies for mitigation.Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and address quality concerns raised by clients.
