Working Days/Timings - 6 days working-Rotational Shift Key Responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare and cook fast food items such as burgers, sandwiches, fries, wraps, salads, and beverages according to standard recipes.Follow portion control guidelines to maintain consistency and minimize waste.Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to company and food safety standards.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.Ensure that equipment and workstations are cleaned and sanitized regularly.Monitor stock levels for ingredients and report shortages to the supervisor/manager.Assist with receiving and proper storage of food supplies.Quality & Safety Follow all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety guidelines (e.g., HACCP principles).Conduct routine checks to ensure food items are fresh and within expiry.Maintain accurate temperature logs for food storage and preparation areas.Teamwork & Customer Service Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed on time.Communicate with front-of-house staff to handle special requests or urgent orders.Assist in training junior kitchen staff or new joiners as needed.Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 1–3 years' experience working in a fast food kitchen or QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) environment.Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen safety.Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.Good teamwork and communication skills.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
