Marketing and Sales Role Overview This role is responsible for supporting the marketing campaigns and initiatives of a luxury real estate developer. The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative or marketing support role, preferably in real estate.Job Responsibilities: Assist in executing marketing strategies to enhance online presence.Manage daily administrative tasks for the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.Prepare reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and campaign results.Conduct research on industry trends and customer preferences to guide marketing strategies.Support the organization of events, open houses, and community activities to promote properties.Ccoordinate marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.Maintain and update databases and contact lists for marketing purposes.Required Skills and Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or marketing support role, preferably in real estate.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.This is a full-time entry-level position offering opportunities for growth and development within the company.
