This permanent, full-time role focuses on compliance, training, inspections, and performance reporting, contributing to a proactive safety culture across all departments including culinary and facility operations.Employment Overview Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Industry: Hospitality Function: Safety / Occupational Health Gender: Any Candidate Nationality: Any Candidate Current Location: UAE preferred Job Type: Full Time Core Duties* Deliver engaging HSE and food safety training sessions to employees and contractors* Conduct internal safety audits and inspections across facilities, equipment, and food service operations* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, hospitality-specific standards, and local regulations* Analyze safety data, identify trends, and prepare monthly performance dashboards for senior management* Support hazard identification, risk mitigation, and the implementation of corrective action plans* Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, training sessions, and HSE documentation* Facilitate communication between departments to align on safety expectations and initiatives* Champion continuous improvement and a culture of accountability in all areas of HSECandidate Requirements* Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related discipline* At least 1 year of experience in HSE roles within hospitality or service-based environments* Certified HSE practitioner with auditor training and understanding of audit methodology* Familiarity with HACCP and food hygiene standards is highly preferred* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for compliance and documentation* Effective verbal and written communication skills in English* Proficient with Microsoft Office and HSE software tools for reporting and analytics* Team player with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
