Finance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive finance professional who excels at accuracy, leads with integrity, and ensures seamless income audit processes within a dynamic hotel environment.Key Responsibilities: Supervise and perform daily income audit activities including reconciliation of all revenue streams (rooms, food & beverage, banquets, retail, etc.)Review and verify daily revenue postings against internal controls and operational records Investigate and resolve discrepancies and variances in income records Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly income reports for management review Coordinate with front office, sales, and other departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition Assist in the implementation and improvement of audit procedures and internal controls Train and supervise income audit team members, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to revenue accounts Ensure compliance with all regulatory and corporate financial policies Participate in financial audits and support external auditors as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred Minimum 3 years of experience in income audit or finance roles within the hotel or hospitality industry Strong understanding of hotel operational systems (PMS, POS, POS, etc.) and financial controls Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-department collaboration Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage a team effectively If you're ready to step up and own the numbers behind our success, apply today#J-18808-Ljbffr
