As an HR Executive, you will support employee operations across multiple schools and our regional office. This dynamic, generalist HR role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and wants to make a significant impact.Key Responsibilities HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases across the employee lifecycle Respond promptly to employee queries in line with SLAs Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits Draft employee communications including letters, NOCs, certificates, and contracts Oversee visa, work permit, and medical insurance processes and renewals Track employee attendance, leave, training, and performance review documentation Support payroll inputs and verify processing accuracy Prepare HR reports and audit-ready documentation Contribute to HR systems improvement and employee engagement initiatives Employee Relations Provide clear, professional HR advice on performance, grievance, and disciplinary matters Act as the first point of contact for ER issues, escalating where appropriate Maintain documentation in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policy Support Heads of HR with administrative tasks as needed Offboarding & Separations Manage end-to-end offboarding processes, including EOSB, visa, and insurance cancellation Ensure smooth and compliant employee separations Qualifications and Skills Experience in a generalist HR role covering the full employee lifecycle (experience in the education sector is a plus)Knowledge of UAE Labour Law (GCC experience is a bonus)Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks across different locations and meet deadlines Experience with database systems and HRIS tools The company reserves the right to interview and appoint strong candidates before the official closing date, so early applications are encouraged.Cognita is committed to safeguarding the welfare of children and young people and requires all employees to undergo detailed pre-employment checks, including identity verification, criminal background checks, qualification verification, employment history review, and references.Job Details Role Level: Mid-Level Work Type: Full-Time Country: United Arab Emirates City: Dubai For more information, visit our company website.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
