You create a seamless and intuitive guest journey, grounded in mindfulness, well-being, and the genuine care that defines luxury hospitality.Key Responsibilities : Embody Banyan Tree's wellness-inspired service culture in every interaction, ensuring a sense of calm and connection throughout the guest journey.Offer a gracious welcome and heartfelt farewell, using the guest's name with warmth and authenticity.Maintain a poised and attentive presence at the Reception Desk, intuitively anticipating guest needs.Serve as a brand ambassador, delivering an elegant first impression and nurturing lasting memories.Foster a serene and harmonious front-of-house environment through attentive listening and personalized service.Conduct wellness-driven courtesy calls, ensuring each guest's comfort and peace of mind throughout their stay.Maintain accurate and thoughtfully curated guest profiles, respecting preferences and wellness goals.Encourage enrollment in Accor Live Limitless (ALL), gently guiding guests toward enriched experiences and exclusive benefits.Remain informed about the resort's wellness offerings, dining, local experiences, and cultural events, serving as a knowledgeable guide.Uphold our commitment to safety, integrity, and well-being through adherence to Banyan Tree's Code of Ethics and health protocols.Ensure seamless credit checks and administrative tasks with discretion and precision.Support and inspire the guest services team to deliver calm, meaningful moments of hospitality.Qualifications Experience / Certificates / Education2 years minimum experience in a similar capacity within an ultra-luxury hospitality environment.Must possess outstanding Guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills.Proficient in English language (verbal & written), Russian language proficiency is an asset.Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever-changing environment while remaining calm and collective.Must be flexible in terms of working hours.A hospitality diploma is an asset.Computer literacy in Windows, MS Office Suite, and Opera PMS systems is recommended.Must have the ability to handle cash effectively and accurately.Additional Information We are dedicated to fostering your growth and success every step of the way.
