F&B Reservations Ambassador

We are seeking a talented and dedicated F&B Reservations Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be proficient in handling reservations and inquiries."

Handling customer bookings and managing data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Proactively addressing customer queries and escalations via phone and email.Maximizing revenue through booking conversions and upselling restaurant options.Completing group and event bookings, ensuring timely handover to the team.Maintaining data integrity and security of customer information.Key requirements include 1-2 years of experience in high-end customer service roles, effective communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and fluency in English. Knowledge of reservation systems and additional languages, such as Arabic or Russian, are also desirable."
