This includes liaising with various authorities, ensuring timely document processing, and maintaining regulatory compliance for both office and site operations.This role involves coordinating with different stakeholders, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and providing excellent communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration with colleagues and clients.In addition to these responsibilities, the PRO will be responsible for: Renewing and modifying trade licenses, PO Box, office Ejari, labor camp Ejari, and establishment cards with relevant authorities.Handling applications for visas, labor permits, and engineering accreditations at the Society of Engineers and DM system.Ensuring compliance with all government requirements, including labor and immigration laws, to avoid penalties.Attending DM inspections and liaising with inspectors to present necessary documents.Maintaining and updating employee records on the immigration system (Smart Channel).Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree or diploma in business administration or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in construction industry PRO work.Valid UAE Driving License.Strong skills in external relations, business coordination, and document processing.Fluency in Arabic & English is required.Benefits We offer a competitive salary package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
