Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Activity Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging activities for adults and children, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.Main Responsibilities: Create and execute activity programs for daytime and evening sessions Support and organize birthday parties and special events Ensure guests participate in all activities during the day Act as an ambassador of the hotel, promoting service excellence, work ethics, responsibility, flexibility, confidentiality, and achievement of an outstanding guest experience Report any non-conformities, accidents, or hazardous occurrences to the relevant authorities Manage multiple tasks and remain calm in high-pressure situations Ensure the cleanliness of the activity area and kids club Replace Kids Club Team Members or Receptionists in their absence Perform choreographed and rehearsed activity routines as scheduled Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to industry standards and work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays About You: To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal skills, be committed to delivering a high level of customer service, and have a keen eye for detail.
