As a key member of our design department, you'll play a crucial role in shaping how our products and platforms integrate into real-world contexts.Your primary responsibility will be to design connected experiences that integrate digital, physical, and human interactions seamlessly. You'll work closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and fellow designers to create service blueprints, design user flows, and align touchpoints across digital and physical environments.Responsibilities: Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces that simplify complex systems and enhance usability.Develop user journeys, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and flows that inform and inspire our product and engineering teams.Craft seamless, end-to-end service experiences that integrate digital, physical, and human interactions.Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and fellow designers to bring ideas from concept to launch.Prototype and iterate on your designs, bringing concepts to life through testing.Qualifications: You have at least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design or a related field.You possess strong systems thinking skills, able to spot patterns and relationships others overlook.You're human-centered in your approach, designing with empathy and grounded in real needs, behaviors, and environments.You're strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable shaping big-picture strategy and diving into interface design details.You have expertise in UX/UI design principles and can craft clean, intuitive digital experiences.Preferred Superpowers: You have experience designing multi-channel services.You're familiar with spatial computing or mixed reality.You're skilled in visualizing service blueprints and ecosystems.Benefits: We offer a dynamic and inclusive work environment that encourages personal growth and focuses on ground-breaking innovations.
