RAK Ceramics is publicly listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) and the Dhaka Stock Exchange.The Role: The Manager – Central Stores is responsible for Control, Monitoring and to efficiently manage all store related operation's and maintain optimum Inventory to ensure uninterrupted supply management to all plant for continuous production and maintenance activities including Industrial Waste Management Handling and Industrial Scrap Management Handling What You Will Be Doing : Control and Monitoring of various transactions in Central stores operations and make sure that all the related tasks are carried out as per the required standard procedures & techniques so as to ensure the availability of raw materials /spare parts /packaging / required for continuous manufacturing & trading goods for Sales Supply Planning & Prioritize in co-ordination with the Purchase and the logistics team of delivery & receipts of Raw materials (Containers / Bulk Shipment / Loose Cargoes) & Spares / Packaging Items / Trading Goods to be received based on the actual availability and urgency.Generate weekly report through MRP module in SAP to create PR for the material based on the reorder point (ROP) and Maintenance Repair and order (MRO), review, make necessary correction and approve the same to ensure that the material availability at optimum inventory level .Distribution of Raw Materials amongst all the Plants based on the requirement to achieve optimum Inventory level across the plant Generate & analyze various reports related to Inventory Management such as Fast/ Slow / Nonmoving Items for MRP review / adjustment , "0" Consumption , Obsolete stock , Ageing analysis etc., for enabling the management to have visibility and take corrective decisions .Based on Management approvals write off & disposal execution Generate various report for inventory management updates , Rejections Handling of Spares , Fixed Bin /Put Away etc., for controlling and monitoring of Raw Materials and spares / trading goods with respect to physical stock vis-à-vis the system stock for any discrepancies or variations Responsible for new developments, upgradation and training for SAP Inventory Management Module /Warehousing Module as a Super User for the Stores Team.Responsible Cycle Count / Inventory Audits (Internal/External) to ensure Stock & Locational Accuracy Responsible for Group Company Material issuance based on requirement and reporting to Finance Industrial Waste Handling – General / Hazardous Disposal from all sites to Landfill / Baldiya Scrap Handling – Industrial Scrap selling process based on contracts Process Improvements / Developments / Eliminating non-core activities related to stores activities Responsible to handle all Statutory Audits requirement ( ISO / EHS etc., )Key Interactions: Internal: Purchase, Plant Team, Maintenance, IT, CPOExternal: Consignment Stock Vendors, Supplier / Transporters What are the key skills required for this role: Stores & Warehousing Management Inventory Management Supply Planning SAP MM Knowledge Basic Accounting knowledge Competent / Good Attitude Team Development Interpersonal Qualities Our Ideal Match Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering15 – 20 years of hands on experience in Manufacturing Industry10 Years & above in Store/Warehouse/Inventory Management Proven experience in SAP MM / IM / WMRAK Ceramics is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, nationality, disability, age, or marital status#J-18808-Ljbffr
