Hiring a seasoned finance leader to spearhead our Revenue Assurance Team is essential for driving operational excellence across the Middle East and Africa region. As a key member of our Centre of Excellence (COE), this individual will act as a bridge between strategic initiatives and daily operations, ensuring that financial goals are achieved through effective team management and project delivery.Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of finance professionals in delivering Revenue Assurance services, with direct oversight of supervisors and indirect responsibility for approximately 25 team members. Key objectives include: Spearheading strategic finance projects, including revenue and credit card-related initiatives Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, or tracking tools to monitor project metrics and operational KPIs Identifying process inefficiencies and system gaps, championing improvements through data-driven insights and automation Cross-functional collaboration with COE, hotel teams, IT, and corporate stakeholders to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables Providing subject matter expertise on revenue accounting and credit cards reconciliation processes Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 8 years' experience in finance or shared services, including at least 2 years of team management or leadership experience Strong technical knowledge of PMS, POS, and ERP systems, as well as data tools like Excel, Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken Benefits: Opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive business growth through strategic finance initiatives Collaborative work environment with diverse stakeholders across regions Professional development opportunities in a dynamic and evolving industry About This Role: This position has 3 direct reports Responsible for ensuring compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policies Keyword: Financial Leader
