Graphic Design and Video Production Specialist

Seeking a Content and Creative Support Professional for a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, video production, and content creation.This is an opportunity to work on exciting new projects aimed at enhancing customer engagement. The selected individual will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for learning programs and events.The successful candidate will have Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design and video production.Demonstrated portfolio of content creation, graphic and video editing projects.Key responsibilities include: Content Creation Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print mediums.Develop and edit video content for various platforms.Create animations or motion graphics as required.Ensure all content aligns with branding guidelines and campaign objectives.Collaboration Work closely with the Training Content Development Lead and CX team to understand content requirements and deliverables.Collaborate with stakeholders or agencies for specific design or production tasks.Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and activations.Project Management Manage multiple graphic design and video projects simultaneously.Maintain an organized library of graphic assets, templates, and raw video footage.Provide regular updates to the team on project progress and escalate any challenges that might impact delivery.
