**Job Title: ** Retail Trainer Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for retail store staff, focusing on product knowledge, customer service excellence, sales techniques, and company values.Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops for new hires and existing employees, both in classroom-style settings and on the sales floor for hands-on coaching.Create or adapt training materials and manuals to suit the local market while maintaining consistency with global standards.Coach and mentor store teams through regular store visits, providing on-the-job training and feedback to improve sales skills and customer service behaviors.Work with management to identify training needs and skill gaps among staff; design continuous learning initiatives to address those needs.Assist in the onboarding of new store employees, ensuring each team member is well-integrated and prepared to represent the brand and culture from day one.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs by observing performance on the floor, gathering feedback, and tracking key indicators, and use this data to refine training content.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in retail training).3+ years of experience as a retail trainer, store manager, or similar role focused on training and developing retail staff.Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices, ideally in apparel or footwear retail.Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to deliver training content clearly and engagingly to diverse groups of employees.Ability to create structured training curricula and utilize various training methods effectively.High interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others, and to give constructive feedback.Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate concepts and instructions clearly in both written and verbal form.Self-motivated and flexible, able to thrive in a fast-growing environment and adapt training plans as needed.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience training staff in the sportswear, fashion retail, or footwear industry.Familiarity with the Middle East retail market or experience working with multicultural teams.Proficiency in Arabic is a strong plus.Professional certification in training or coaching is an advantage.
