Warehouse Supervisor

Industry & Sector: A leading player in the GCC Logistics & Supply Chain market, the company delivers end-to-end warehousing, distribution, and value-added fulfillment services for retail, e-commerce, and FMCG brands. Leveraging data-driven inventory control and regional multi-temperature storage, we help customers shorten lead times and cut operating costs.Role & Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations—receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch—ensuring 99% inventory accuracy and on-time order fulfillment.Lead, coach, and schedule a multi-shift team of warehouse associates and forklift operators, driving productivity, safety, and engagement in a hybrid work model.Implement and monitor Lean logistics practices, 5S audits, and continuous-improvement projects to reduce handling time and space utilization.Maintain WMS/ERP data integrity, perform cycle counts, investigate variances, and publish weekly KPI dashboards covering DIFOT, shrinkage, and labor efficiency.Coordinate with procurement, transport, and customer-service teams to resolve bottlenecks, manage returns, and meet SLA commitments.Enforce EHS standards, conduct toolbox talks, and ensure compliance with UAE labor and fire-safety regulations.Skills & Qualifications Must-Have3+ years supervising warehouse or distribution center operations in GCC or similar environment.Proficiency with modern WMS/ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan) and Excel-based reporting.Demonstrated leadership of 10–30 frontline staff, including performance management and shift planning.Hands-on knowledge of inventory control, cycle counting, and root-cause analysis.Valid UAE forklift license and thorough understanding of HSE/SOP compliance.Preferred Experience in hybrid or tech-enabled warehouses utilizing RF scanners, AS/RS, or voice-picking.Lean Six Sigma Yellow-Belt certification or exposure to Kaizen events.Familiarity with cold-chain or bonded warehousing regulations.Benefits & Culture Highlights Performance-linked bonus and medical insurance from day one.Hybrid work flexibility for planning, analysis, and reporting tasks.Career pathway toward Operations Manager with funded certifications.Skills: inventory management,team leadership,erp systems,lean logistics,safety compliance,kpi tracking,problem solving,forklift operation#J-18808-Ljbffr
