The Health and Fitness Manager has a dynamic and critical role of overseeing all aspects of the Health and Fitness operations in the club. This includes managing fitness programs, ensuring the well-being of our members, and driving overall health and fitness revenue.The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for fitness and healthy lifestyle, and a commitment to fostering a positive and motivating environment for staff and members alike. Health & Fitness Manager will manage Fitness Team Leads and Coaches - Personal Trainers, Group Exercises Instructors, Swim Instructors & Lifeguards and will be responsible for ensuring revenue generation and product delivery quality to ensure customer engagement.Key Responsibilities: Delivery of PT revenue targets (PTC & PTS).Delivery of GX, Swim, MYZONE and Supplement revenue targets.Ensure operational efficiency, safety and quality in all Health & Fitness processes.Ensure continuous improvement in Customer Experience and engagement.Ensure timely delivery of new and enhanced Health & Fitness products offerings.Ensure a culture of Winning Ways.To apply for the Role, you Require: Applicants must have firm knowledge and experience of managing Health & Fitness teams.Must be able to demonstrate expertise in selection, recruiting of talent pool and team building/bonding.Must be able to offer solutions to specific case issues pertaining to PTC, PTS and other revenue streams.Must be well versed with international standards and requirements of training delivery.Strong knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise programming and nutrition.Desirable to have Group Classes background and any Les Mills/Global program.Dynamic, confident and lives the brand.
