Job Title: Communication Strategist - Employee Engagement Job Description As a pivotal role within the group communications team, this position is responsible for driving our employee communication experience, people communication, and internal channel strategies.The successful candidate will lead our "people" Chapter communication strategy, including the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive people campaigns across all internal and external platforms that align with our business objectives.This includes overseeing all aspects of our Group employee communication channels (Viva Engage, Intranet, Life events, Emails), including channel strategy, editorial planning, stakeholder alignment, content creation, and analytics.As a leader, you will guide a team of communication professionals, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and manage external partners to ensure that our employee and people communication initiatives drive engagement and strategic understanding.We are looking for a data-driven communications professional with a deep understanding of employee and people communication, a passion for innovative digital communications, and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing communication landscape.The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and mentoring teams and agencies, with a focus on digital and social media strategies.You will be highly proficient and knowledgeable in MS Office applications; Excel, Word, Power Point.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive and holistic "people" Chapter communication strategy and plan and execute multi-channel people campaigns.Develop, implement, and continuously improve employee communication channel strategy.Oversee and manage employee communication channels with a strategic editorial plan, including content creation.Lead editorial meetings with cross-functional/divisional employee communication team, including content planning.Develop playbooks and templates for functional/divisional employee communication teams to use.Use analytics to monitor and improve employee communication channels and campaigns performance.Generate regular reports on key metrics.Work closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and business objectives.Required Skills and Qualifications Corporate communications planning and strategy Communication Strategic Thinking & Analytical Skills Financial Acumen & Agility with Customer-centric approach Channel Strategy development and execution Viva Engage development: Content and Technical skills Social Media Management, Campaign planning and marketing Budget & Project Management Benefits Join us and take your career to the next level.
