Safe Working Environment Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of employees within our facility. This includes supervising and coordinating all Health & Safety related matters, preparing and maintaining checklists, arranging personal protective equipment, and conducting daily rounds to identify hazards.We are looking for an individual with excellent people management and discipline handling skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for bringing any indiscipline or dishonest conduct to management's attention and assisting in the recording of incident reports.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety procedures and protocols, with experience in identifying and mitigating risks. You will also be responsible for participating in evacuation drills and implementing a proper waste management system.This is a full-time position that requires a high level of physical activity and a commitment to upholding the safety culture within our organization.
