Event Manager

About the Role: We're seeking a highly creative, organized, and commercially minded Events Manager to lead, plan, and execute unforgettable experiences across our diverse brand portfolio—ranging from fashion parties and pop-ups to immersive kids' events and nightlife activations.You'll drive events for Oh Polly, Bo+Tee, Swingers, Brew Dog, Hamleys, and Hamleys Play, delivering hype-driven, socially sharable, high-ROI brand moments.You'll lead end-to-end execution while managing vendors, promoters, influencers, and internal teams.Key Responsibilities: Event Planning & Execution• Lead end-to-end planning and delivery of events: pop-ups, launch parties, retail activations, nightlife concepts, and family entertainment• Develop creative concepts that reflect each brand's identity and target audience• Create run-of-show plans, event decks, schedules, and production briefs• Support visual styling, brand placement, and content capture across all events• Collaborate with marketing and social teams to integrate campaigns and drive shareable moments• Ensure on-brand experience design, whether it's a kids' activation or a fashion party Influencer & Media Engagement• Coordinate with influencers, stylists, celebrities, and talent agents• Manage guest lists, gifting experiences, and on-site hosting• Manage event budgets from planning to reconciliation• Source venues, vendors, DJs, promoters, performers, and suppliers• Handle post-event reporting, feedback collection, ROI evaluation, and breakdown• Maintain strong relationships with event partners and suppliers• Maintain an internal event calendar and shared asset library What You'll Bring: • 4–6 years of event management experience in fashion, F&B, retail, nightlife, or entertainment• Strong creative instincts with a polished commercial mindset• Proven success planning and executing events from concept to post-mortem• Excellent vendor network in the UAE (venues, promoters, AV, décor, influencers)• Confident working across different audiences – from families to fashion crowds• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities• Willingness to work nights/weekends for key events#J-18808-Ljbffr
