Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support to customers and/or insured members.As a member of our team, you will handle high volume of incoming calls, chats and emails inquiries, and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.Your role will involve handling incoming/inbound customer and/or members inquiries, requests, and complaints through phone, chat and email channels, in a timely and professional manner.Required Skills and Qualifications Strong Communication Skills: You must have excellent English verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: You must have strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills and abilities.Customer Service Experience: You must have at least 6months – 2years proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or call center environment.Benefits Our company offers a positive and collaborative team environment, fostering culture and continuous improvement.
